We’ve had “scrap” bags in the shop for as long as I can remember. Too thin, too thick, too fatty, these pieces just weren’t consistent enough to put in a bag. We’d toss em all in a bag of some marinade and voila, the scrap bag was born.
It’s quite a bit different from our traditional jerky, some pieces chewy, some crunchy, some big and some small, but that’s a part of the experience with this bag. The one thing they all have in common is flavor.
